Custom Pack
A custom character sheet is designed by you with the elements that you wish to display!
The price for this type of commission start at $100 USD.
Complexity of the order would determine the final amount.

1 Portrait One-Tone Sketch.
1 Half-Body One-Tone Sketch.
Terms of Services
By commission me, the client has read and accept the following terms of service.
General Terms
I have the right to declined a commission if I not comfortable with what you ask.
Each commission can take from 1 week up to 3 months, depending of my work queue/complexity.
NO REFUNDS can be make, unless the cancellation is requested during the sketch phase, refunding only 50% of the total price of the commission. After this phase, no refunds will be given after cancellation.
Commissions are for PERSONAL USE alone, unless the client states otherwise.
All Commercial work will have additional commercial fees in their estimated prices. (For more information, first read the Commercial ToS subsection, on the Terms of Services section.)
Commissions including rush deadline will also inclide additional fees.
All commissions must be paid IN FULL the moment the commission request is accepted.
The final product will be sent via e-mail, attaching the following files: one JPG file and two PNG files. (With background & Transparent background.)
The commissioned pieces will be added to my portfolio and posted on my social media, unless the client expressed the opposite.
All visual references are welcome (This would ensure less misunderstandings during the process).
IMPORTANT: This artist do no support NFT in any form, nor allow their work to be use as one.

Payment Terms
All clients must paid upfront before their commission can be started.
(Extraordinary exceptions could be arranged, if discussed in private beforehand, but is not guaranteed)
Payment can only be made via Paypal.
Currency accepted: USD.
All clients will receive an invoice to deliver their payment.
A period of 48 hours will be given to complete the payment.
An extension can be given ONLY if the client states a reasonable situation within the first 12 hours after the invoice has been sent. Otherwise the commission will be cancelled.
Once the payment is confirmed, the commission request would be added to my work queue. (Consult 'Track your Comm' to check request placement.)
Usage Policy
All commissioned artwork are, by default, for Personal Use only.
Sandee [me], as the artist, hold every right over the produced artwork, while the client [you] hold every right over the character(s) displayed on it.Therefore, unless discussed beforehand with the client, I allowed to use the commissioned artwork for:
Promote myself.
Display it on any social plataform of my choice.
Display it on my porfolio.
The client, unless a specific situation is discussed beforehand, is allowed to use the commissioned artwork, giving the proper credit to the artist (SEEMLYSANDEE on Twitter, Instagram, Ko-Fi, Carrd), for:
Promote themselves/their character.
Rol playing on private campaing/setting.
Display it on any social plataform of their choice.
Print it for personal use.
The following points fall into the category of Usage Policy Infringement, and failure to comply can result in the client being blacklisted for future commissions:
Try to pass/take credit of the commissioned artwork as their own work.
Altering the content of the artwork in any way without the artist consent. (Excluding minor adjustments like: Crop, rotate or flip as needed, in order for it to fit into the sizing allowed by certain websites.)
Removing the artist watermark/signature in any way. (e.g. cropping it, cover/paint over it.)
Reproduce it with the intention of use it commercially. (e.g. physical merchandise like stickers, prints, posters or digital goods like wallpapers, phone screensavers, etc.)
Commercial Rights Usage
The Commercial Fee for illustrations may depend on the size of the project. Generally expect a +200% additional fee ontop of the base price.
By purchasing the Commercial Rights of an Artwork, the client is granted a lifelong license to use said Artwork(s) in personal and commercial products.With Commercial Rights, the client is allowed to promote their own brand and/or make any sort of merchandise with the provided artwork. (e.g. book covers, t-shirts, pins, stickers, etc.)Credit for the artwork is still requiered, even if it has been altered/slightly edited.
Client Satisfaction
I, the artist, will do everything within my abilities and experience to make my clients satisfied with their commission.However, changes can not be made after the work is complete and the client has received their high-resolution files via e-mail.I, the artist, ask that the client to be clear with what they would like from the beginning, to avoid any major issues during the process of their commission and minimize the chance of requesting several changes.
How to Order
To request a commission, please contact me via DM through Twitter, Instagram, Discord or via e-mail. ([email protected])Please specify any time requirements when placing your order. (If the commission has a deadline, rush fees will be applied.)Information required:
An E-mail address to which send the Invoice.
Description of the type of commission you want to request.
Attach all posible references you can/have, this can include photos, drawings, ref sheets, dollmakers, moodboard, Pinterest pins, etc.
After the order has been paid and added to my work queue, I will send a draft sketch in the next 1 to 3 days, for changes/confirmation.Once the sketch is arranged according to the client taste, I will continue working on the commission according to the order placement, established on the 'Track your Comm' list.No changes will be done once the rendering phase starts. (MAX. number of changes free of charge before that: 3)
